Daily Basic House Sitting is included with all Pet Care Services: 

• adjusting lights, curtains, blinds, etc

• bringing in mail, packages, newspapers that have been delivered to your address,

• taking out trash for curb pick up.

(House or patio plant watering is extra.)

Each Dog Sitting - Premium Pet Care Visit includes these services:

• At least Two (2) potty breaks during this visit (1st at the beginning of the visit & a 2nd at the end of this visit)

• meals are prepared & fed with any oral medications or supplements (to be given in meal or pill pockets), 

• all food bowls are scrubbed & washed daily

• water bowl scrubbed & refilled with fresh water, 

• affection & attention lavished, 

• plus Daily Basic House Sitting Services

$25.00 per Visit for PREMIUM PET CARE or Yard Potty Visit for one (1) or two (2) dog(s)

$  5.00 per Visit for PREMIUM PET CARE or Yard Potty Visit for each additional dog over two (2)

* Please note:

• I am NOT a professional groomer & I do NOT provide grooming services.

• I will provide superficial quick & safe brushing to help me bond to your dog & to give your dog extra attention & care.

• I will provide additional minor healthcare services such as cleaning around eyes, applying topical medications, or giving oral medications - but only by specific pre-arranged owner request.

• Additional fees may apply for extensive extra care requests.

(* All dogs are required to wear a flat collar of natural or synthetic materials (no choke or prong collars) during entire period of pet sitting for ease and safety of care handling, and for ID purposes in case of dog escaping and becoming lost.)

MULTIPLE PET DISCOUNTS

for Premium Pet Care Visits

Many of my clients are animal lovers with multiple pets of both dogs & cats that require pet sitting.

Fees: 

$25.00 for each Premium Pet Care Visit or Yard Potty Visit for 1 dog and 1 cat (2 Pets)

+ $5.00 for each Premium Pet Care Visit or Yard Potty Visit for each additional dog (over 2 pets)

+ $2.00 for each Pet Care Visit for each additional cat (over two (2) pets)

Pet Care for other kinds of animals (fish, birds, caged pets) is also available for additional fees.

Cat Sitting - ONLY Scoop the Kitty Litter Box

This service is only offered as a daily add-on service to other pet care visits for other household pets. 

One Dog & Cat Sitting - PREMIUM Care Visit with Feeding is required as the primary & first paid service for the household cats.

This additional service only provides for the SECOND cleaning of urine & feces from kitty litter boxes during other petsitting visits to your home to provide care for other pets.

Fee: $2 / day for a SECOND cleaning per each litter box per day

Supervised Potty Breaks in Your Secure Fenced Yard

Fees: 

$25.00 for each Yard Potty Break Visit (supervised in your fenced in yard) for 1 to 2 dogs

+ $5.00 for each additional dog (over 2 dogs) during same visit 

Leashed Potty Walk Visits

A great light exercise & mental recess break for your dog while you are:

• at work

• traveling

• perhaps at home sick

• or just too busy to find the time to walk your dog.

A Leashed Potty Walk Visit includes a walk of about 15 minutes (length of time varies depending on weather as well as the time it takes to go in & out of your residence) to provide light exercise while encouraging your dog to fully relieve itself (includes poop pick up as needed).

Fees for Single Purchased Walks: 

$25 per Leashed Potty Walk Visit for 1 dog

$15 per Walk for each additional dog over 1 dog

• Each dog is individually hand walked separately.

• No walks are provided with multiple dogs at the same time due to safety reasons for your dogs as well as for the dog walker.

• Owner of the dog must provide appropriate collars and leashes to meet any concerns from the dog walker about safety issues.

• Should foul weather makes the walk with your dog unsafe, this Leash Walk may be shortened or a Yard Potty Break maybe substituted instead. 

Private Dog Training In Your Home While You are at Work or Travel

The following dog training services are offered as add-ons to Pet Sitting Services.

Follow up additional training may be needed with the dog owners for additional fees.

Training Walk for Leash Manners Plus Basic Training 

Did you know I offer Dog Training Walks while you are traveling or at work? 

Training Walks are perfect for:

• a mid-day potty break with basic obedience training

• older puppies that still need more training

• young dogs that are full of energy while reinforcing your dog's obedience commands.

• gives your older dog the mental & physical activity they need

Some of the exercises your dog will practice:

• "walk" on a loose leash

• "come" when called

• "wait"

• "sit stay

• "down stay"

• "get it" / "leave it"

Training Walk Fees: 

$50 for one (1) Training Walk (duration about 15-20 minutes)

$180 for a prepaid package of four (4) Training Walks (value at $45 each, a $20 savings)

These packages are only available for basic obedience training walks.

Puppy Business Training:  While training focus is mainly on Potty & Crate Training, puppy also learns sit and come reliably when called, plus 1-2 problem issues of your choice (such as play biting, jumping on people or furniture, stealing your personal items).

Good Puppy Manners:  Training includes Puppy Business plus how to walk on leash, to wait at doors, learn self control around your food, to move out of your way, to accept physical handling and a whole lot more.

Good Dog Manners:  Beside learning (or relearning) the basics like sit, down & to come reliably, your dog is also taught to ignore your personal stuff & "off", to walk on leash, sit stay & down stay, & "move" out of the way, to accept physical handling, plus we work on behavior problems of your choice (such as play biting, jumping on people or furniture, stealing items, etc).

Doggy Impulse Control: Many dogs need to learn how to focus on you & to wait for what they want.  Whether being taught to wait at doors & not to bolt through, to wait politely for food bowls to be placed on floor, to wait before getting in & out of cars....

Learning impulse control is much more than about being polite.  Impulse control makes living with your dog safer & teaches your dog that you really are the leader of the pack.

Other Behavioral Issues:  such as jumping on people, destructive chewing, play biting, guarding toys or food, barking, on & off furniture, digging, table surfing, etc

Fees vary depending on the type of training your dog needs.

Multiple Pet Discounts

Many people have households with multiple kinds of pets, so I offer discounted fees for your additional pets being cared for during the same visits.

Discounted fees are specified under the services listed for each kind of animals that I provide pet care services.

Dog Collar Policy

*All dogs are required to wear a properly fitting flat collar of natural or synthetic materials (no choke or prong collars).  

This collar is provided by the dog’s owners and will be left on the dog during the entire period of pet sitting care. 

The collar provides two safety precautions: 

1. the collar can be utilized for safety control as needed by Linda, 

2. Wagtime Pet Sitting & Dog Training llc will provide a temporary ID tag to be attached on your dog’s collar with Linda’s contact information for the duration of all pet sitting service as a precaution for the rare chance that a dog should escape from home or while on a walk & become lost.

Even if your dog has a micro chip identification, the flat collar with a temporary Wagtime ID attached is required.
